We use a variety of small items as embellishments on all our products which may pose a choking hazard to small children. We do not recommend that our products be given to small children.

Our bath products may contain nut oils and scents that could causes sensitivities in allergic individuals.

PAYMENT
All orders are PREPAID. We do not accept COD orders.

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

All orders are processed in Canadian Funds. For US orders, your credit card company will charge you according to their daily Canadian-US dollar exchange rates.

We charge GST if you live in Canada and PST if you live in British Columbia. If you live in a province with HST we must charge HST instead of GST. There are no taxes on US orders.

SHIPPING
We will ship your order by the most economical means possible. If you need rush service, or would like a shipping quote prior to us processing your order, please let us know at the time you place your order.

All orders are shipped by Canada Post on Wednesday and Friday afternoons.We have a base shipping cost of $8.00 and a per item ship. We charge exact shipping cost based on the weight and dimensions of the box or boxes.Prior to Christmas we will ship daily to serve you better.

All orders are shipped insured. If additional insurance is necessary, it will be included in the shipping cost. Additional insurance is less than $1 per $100 value.

Most of our Canadian orders go via Expedited, a business level service that is cheaper than Regular Parcel but faster. Xpresspost is also available.

For our US clients, Expedited USA is the low cost ground service, Xpresspost USA is also available.

As all of our products are handmade, there may occasionally be some delays in delivery. If this is to occur you will be notified immediately.

RETURNS
Any claim for damages or returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of goods. Our authorization is required for any returns, and unless we are at fault in filling the order, returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Our handmade products may vary slightly from website photos. This is what makes our products so unique. Our emphasis is always on quality.
