Simple to make, requires the addition of water, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the enclosed green apple tea. Preparation time is about 10 mins and 4 hours for sorbet to set in the freezer. An exotic refreshing combination of apple and lemons. Makes 2 batches of sorbet (about 1 litre each). Recipe included. Handmade box is made from a sheet of handmade paper using a variety of the following fibers: recycled aluminum cans, recycled polyester, soya silk (which is a bi-product of tofu production), bamboo, silk and seaweed. Also included is recycled gold, silver, and copper leaf.
