OUT OF AFRICA TEA & CARDS

We offer Rooibos tea in the following flavours:

Vanilla, Blueberry Bang, Sunshine Lemon, Belgian Chocolate, Tuscany Pear, Crème au Caramel, Organic Peach, Georgia Peach, Bora Bora Mango, Herbal Rooibos, and Rooibos Provence.

Rooibos tea is cultivated in the semi-arid climate of South Africa and is often called red bush tea. Rooibos is a caffeine free, immune boosting tea that contains a high percentage of antioxidants. It has a high mineral content with iron, potassium, zinc, manganese and sodium. Low tannin in Rooibos also contributes to its naturally sweet taste. Rooibos never gets bitter, no matter how long it steeps.

The unique wire sculpture featured on each Rooibos tea package and Out of Africa slim card is handmade by a group of AIDS orphans and street children in Harare, Zimbabwe. Under the direction of FEPA, a Swiss aid group, the children's artistic talent is encouraged. This training provides the children with marketable skills, allowing them to become independent and able to survive the harsh, economic climate of Zimbabwe. We will donate fifty cents for each "Out of Africa" product sold.

    Thank you.

Together we can make a difference!
